Biography

Mr. Pahwa has been a director since April 2018 and Chairman since May 2024. After serving as Vice Chairman since February 2020, Mr. Pahwa was appointed as Executive Chairman, effective March 1, 2025. Mr. Pahwa has been the President of SRS Investment Management, LLC since 2017 and has led SRS’s private equity business since 2006. Previously, Mr. Pahwa worked at McKinsey & Company in the U.S. and India, where he led client engagements in the telecom, technology and real estate sectors. Prior thereto, Mr. Pahwa worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions group of Lehman Brothers in New York. Mr. Pahwa received a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and an M.S. from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
